Returns and refunds

I’ve changed my mind – can I get a refund?

If your order hasn’t shipped, please contact us via the contact page or email info@glitterbombjewellery.co.uk we will refund you and cancel your order. If your order has been shipped, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, however we cannot refund postage costs or provide pre-paid return postage.

My item is damaged/faulty – what can I do?

We package items to avoid any damage during transit but if you do find something wrong, please contact me via the contact page or email info@glitterbombjewellery.co.uk and we will refund you the full amount including postage costs or send you a replacement as soon as possible.

My item is missing!

UK customers - if your item hasn't arrived after 15 WORKING days, please use the contact form or email us at info@glitterbombjewellery.co.uk for a refund or replacement. European customers - please allow 20 working days. International customers - please allow 25 working days. These timescales are based on when Royal Mail deem a package to be lost and we are able to file a claim for compensation. Any time before this, your package may still turn up!
