I’ve changed my mind – can I get a refund?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet or it has been less than 14 days since receiving it, you can return the item for a refund.

My item is damaged/faulty – what can I do?

If any item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

How do I look after my jewellery?

Please be sure to take care of your jewellery – we can’t refund or exchange items which have been generally mistreated! Whilst we use the best acrylic available, if you apply a lot of pressure, expose it chemicals (including perfume), fluctuating temperatures or treat it badly it can snap, crack or get scratched! (This is more true of mirrored acrylics). We recommend storing your jewellery in a padded box or bag and not to wear perfume on any area which will come into contact with the acrylic.

Sorry, we are currently unable to accept custom requests.

Do you sell wholesale?

We are able to offer discounts for large orders, as long as you agree not to re-brand our items; if you'd like to stock Glitterbomb products in your store, please contact us via the contact page or email info@glitterbombjewellery.co.uk.
